We are getting unpacked from our super fun trip to Hawaii, trying to get re-acclimated...
When we left Pupukea beach on New Year's Eve, it was about 80 degrees in the water and in the air.
We arrived to a chilly welcome in Anchorage...
The temperature on New Year's Morning, according to our van's thermometer, was 31 below.
That's a difference of over 100 degrees.
Needless to say, we were exhausted and freezing.
Glad to be home, yet missing Hawaii.
